Have you ever heard the name, Tae Hwan Park? If so, you would know he is Korea swimming medalist. Once he was a powerful rival of Michael Phelps. But as time passed, he's skills were declined. But still in the minds of the korean, he is great swimming medalist. Tea Hwan Park enjoy swimming and is best player of the field. Now, I will write about swimming. Swimming is typical sports that people can enjoy in the summer. People also enjoy swimming in the spring, fall, and winter. But winter swimming is a little dangerous. You might know, I will tell you some advantages of swimming.
First, you could improve physical ability. It is common advantages of every sports. But there is ability that is specially improved in swimming. Cardiorespiratory endurance and lung capacity . There are a variety of swimming events. 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, and 1500m. People might said "there is 1500m swimming, so 50m swimming doesn't matter." But if you tried to swim before, you know that it doesn't make sense. After you swim 50m with all your strength, it is really hard and out of breath. So after you swim diligently, you could improve your Cardiorespiratory endurance and lung capacity.
And you can have nice body shape. If you are a man, you can have wide shoulders and strong muscles. And if you are a woman, you can have slim and sexy body shape. Because swimming uses the whole body movements, so you can exercise unbiased. But swimming especially uses arms and legs, so you could have wide shoulders even if you are a woman. So some women avoid swimming. But you swim for dieting, you don't have to worry. Swimming instructor will teach you satisfactorily. Therefore swimming is befitting sports to improve muscles and body shape.
As you saw before, you can improve two special things while swimming. So, if you want to learn a new sports, swimming can be befitted. Almost every people who learn swim before don't forget how to swim. Thus, you learn swim once, you can swim every time if you want. My posting becomes informative to you? I hope so=). 답글삭제Hi Seung U~ I really enjoy swimming. I'm not a good or fast swimmer; I just swim because I like to feel weightless in the water. Even though I don't swim fast, I can still feel that it is good exercise for my whole body. The one thing I hate about swimming is how the water always feels cold when you first get in the swimming pool.
